Art Deco 1.46 CTW Old European Cut Diamond Three Stone Statement or Engagement Ring
Vintage Art Deco diamond and platinum ring. A column of three old European cut diamonds in milgrained bezel settings are surrounded by dainty single cut diamonds and delicate beadwork within a saw-pierced oval frame. The central oval frame is bound by an even more intricate halo of beautiful scroll and foliage motifs traced in saw-piercing and punctuated by a mix of tiny single cut and old European cut diamonds and beadwork, tapering to sleek shoulders. The undercarriage is decorated with the tiniest little circle motifs. A stunningly detailed ring, with workmanship so beautiful that it almost upstages the diamonds! The three old European cuts measure approx. .40, .25, and .25 carats, K to L color, VS2 to SI clarity, all eye clean. Remaining side stones total approximately .56 carats. There's a very small chip to one of the center stones, not visible to the naked eye. Circa 1930s. No hallmarks, but tests as platinum. This ring is in very good vintage condition.
This ring is currently a US size 7, but can be resized by your local jeweler.
