Returns and Shipping

Returns of unaltered items in their original condition shipped to US addresses are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund or store credit, less shipping costs. All returns must be approved in advance by The Idol’s Eye. Please email info@theidolseye.com within 7 days of delivery of the item to notify us of your intent to return. Items that have been resized, polished, or altered in any way are non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from delivery of the item. Online purchases collected in person may be returned within 14 days of the pick-up date.

Please note that due to customs and duty fees, items shipped to addresses outside of the United States are non-returnable.

To return an item, please email us within 7 days of delivery to be approved for a return and obtain specific return instructions. Items lost during return transit cannot be refunded, so it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase insured shipping if they wish to protect themselves against carrier loss.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will email you confirmation that the refund or credit has been issued. Refunds will be in the original form of payment, minus the original shipping cost.

Domestic Shipping (within the United States):

All shipments are insured to their purchase price, and sent by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 3-day shipping. Upgrades to Next Day delivery are available, though any failure to deliver on time is the sole responsibility of the carrier.  Please note that we only ship Monday to Friday. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

International Shipping:

We offer $100 flat rate shipping to select international locations. International orders are sent by either DHL or FedEx. Note that customs clearance into your country may cause additional delays (sometimes up to three weeks). Please note that you are responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery. Your local Customs Office will help you determine what will be due. The carrier will contact you once your shipment has cleared customs to collect the total amount due. Refused shipments that are returned to us will be refunded less shipping charges. Delivered international orders are non-returnable.

Orders and Price:

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline your order in our sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. Naturally any payments made will be fully refunded, in the case of a cancelled order.

Online Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay for online purchases. For security purposes please do not send cash or include your credit card details in any email communication.

Gift Options:

If you purchase is a gift, please select this option at checkout. An option to include a personal message will be included. A receipt will be omitted from the package.

Sales Tax:

Applicable taxes will be charged on total merchandise and service fees, including shipping and handling, for orders shipped within New York state.

Charging Your Credit Card:

Once your order is placed, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for customer typographical errors.
