A dazzling modern brilliant cut diamond is held in a hexagonal floating bezel setting, atop soaring flared shoulders featuring airy cutouts of ribbon festoons with milgrain accents. The profile is richly embellished with airy cutouts combining vertical lines and stylized ribbon festoons that transition to lush scroll motifs on the shank, softly worn at the back. An intricately detailed and textural ring in an angular Art Deco style. We estimate the center diamond to be approx. .33 carats, J color, VS2 clarity, eye clean. Circa 1920s. No hallmarks, but tests as 18K white gold. This ring is in good vintage condition, with some overall wear, commensurate with age.
